§1 Scope
This Refund Policy explains withdrawal, refunds and the digital-content exception for AutoLert.ai, operated by DEVSITY Bartłomiej Hudecki (Mordarka 509, 34-600 Limanowa, NIP 7372210677). All paid services are one-time Przelewy24 (PayPro SA) payments - no subscription. It complements the Terms (§9–§10).
§2 14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers (and entrepreneurs with consumer protection) may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract, subject to §3. Notice: kontakt@autolert.pl. Refunds within 14 days, same payment method.
§3 Digital-content exception
AI Reports and Packs are digital content delivered immediately. Under Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal is lost once the Consumer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges losing that right - confirmed via a checkbox at purchase. Free AI Reports involve no payment.
§4 Goodwill refunds
Beyond statutory rights, we offer goodwill refunds (or re-runs) for technical failures on our side: report not delivered despite payment, empty/incomplete report due to a Service error, or a double charge. Goodwill does not cover dissatisfaction with the verdict (DEAL/NEGOTIATE/SKIP) - the Report is advisory.
§5 Complaints vs refunds
A complaint concerns non-conformity of the digital service with the contract (Art. 43h et seq.); a refund/withdrawal concerns cancelling the contract under §2–§4. Complaints are handled within 14 days.
§6 How to get a refund
Email kontakt@autolert.pl from your account address with the transaction number, purchase date and the basis. Refunds go to the original payment source via Przelewy24, usually within 14 days.
