§1 General provisions and definitions
These Terms of Service (the „Terms") set out the rules for using the AutoLert.ai service available at autolert.pl and app.autolert.pl (the „Service"), in particular registration, scope of services, payments and the rights and obligations of Users. The Terms are issued under Art. 8 of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
§2 Operator
- The Operator is DEVSITY Bartłomiej Hudecki, a sole proprietorship registered in the Polish CEIDG.

§3 Services
Free account; 1 free AI Report per month; paid AI Report (single listing analysis); 10-Report Pack (valid 12 months); listing comparison. All paid services are one-time purchases - no subscription, no stored card, no recurring charges.
§4 Technical requirements
Internet access, a current browser with JavaScript and cookies, and an active e-mail address. See the Cookie Policy.
§5 Registration and conclusion of the contract
Registration and login are handled via the authentication provider (Clerk) using e-mail and password or external sign-in (e.g. Google). Users must be at least 18. The account contract is concluded upon registration; a paid-service contract is concluded upon payment confirmation by Przelewy24, confirmed on a durable medium (e-mail).
§6 Nature and limitations of the AI Report
The AI Report is informational and supportive only. It is generated automatically by an AI system and is not an expert appraisal, valuation, legal/technical advice, or a warranty of the vehicle's condition. We recommend inspection by a qualified mechanic before purchase. The purchase decision is solely the User's, at their own risk. Each AI Report is labelled as AI-generated (AI Act Art. 50).
§7 Data from external marketplaces
The Operator acts on behalf of and at the request of the User (as a personal assistant), retrieving publicly available listings; it does not competitively exploit marketplace databases, copy a substantial part of any database, or re-host images/full listings beyond service delivery. AutoLert is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with OtoMoto, OLX, Allegro; their names are trademarks of their owners, used nominatively for information only.
§8 Prices, payments and invoices
All prices are gross (incl. VAT): single AI Report 6.99 PLN; 10-Report Pack 49.90 PLN (valid 12 months). Where a price reduction is shown, the lowest price of the prior 30 days is also displayed (Omnibus). Payments are processed by Przelewy24, operated by PayPro SA, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań (BLIK, online transfer, card, Google Pay, Apple Pay). Card details are not stored by the Operator. Digital services are performed immediately after payment confirmation; access is provided in the account and by e-mail. The Operator issues a VAT invoice for each transaction (business buyers may provide a NIP).
§9 Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days. For digital content (AI Report / Pack), the right is lost once the Consumer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges the loss of the withdrawal right before generation (Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). See the Refund Policy.
§10 Complaints and ADR
Complaints: kontakt@autolert.pl, handled within 14 days. Consumers have rights regarding the conformity of digital services with the contract (Art. 43h et seq. of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). ADR is available via the Trade Inspectorate (WIIH), the municipal consumer ombudsman and UOKiK. The EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
§11–§17
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and never below mandatory consumer protections. Polish law governs. The Operator may amend the Terms with 14 days' notice. These Terms are effective 27 June 2026 (v1.1). For the full and binding text, see the Polish version.
